Role Overview
VIP360 is expanding, and we are looking for talented Onboarding Specialists to join our fast-growing team in Limassol.
In this role, you will support the onboarding of both merchants and clients across a variety of risk segments. You must be familiar with compliance requirements, documentation flows, and onboarding procedures for businesses with different risk appetites, including medium- and high-risk verticals.

What You’ll Do
- Manage the full onboarding process for merchants and clients
- Review and validate documentation in accordance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
- Communicate directly with clients to ensure smooth, timely onboarding
- Collaborate with compliance, risk, and sales teams to streamline processes
- Maintain high standards of accuracy, professionalism, and customer care
What We’re Looking For
- Prior experience in onboarding, KYC/KYB, compliance, or a related field
- Understanding of onboarding procedures for businesses across multiple risk levels
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, growing environment
- A proactive and detail-oriented mindset
