Our User Agreement

This VIP360 Platform User Agreement (referred to as “the Agreement” or “Terms”) is entered into by and between VIPTECH 360 LTD, a financial technology company incorporated in Cyprus under registration number HE463449, with its registered address at Spyrou Kyprianou 67, 1st floor, Mesa Geitonia, 4003, Limassol, Cyprus (“we”, “us”, “our” “VIP360” or “VIPTECH”) and The User (referred to as “User” or “you”), being any individual or entity accessing or using the VIP360 website and its associated services.

1. About VIP360

VIPTECH operates VIP360 (vip-360.com) as a technological platform designed to unify multiple payment solutions offered by various regulated financial entities worldwide. VIP360 serves as a connection between clients and the licensed financial service providers stated in section 2 of this Agreement. The choice of services remains solely with the user and the respective financial service providers.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

VIPTECH is not a financial institution and does not provide financial services itself. 

The acceptance of any client, as well as the provision of financial services, is solely at the discretion of the respective regulated entity. 

By using VIP360, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use this Website.

We encourage you to keep a copy of these Terms for your records.

2. Independent Financial Service Providers 

The following regulated financial entities provide financial services through the VIP360 platform:

General Payments Gate Ltd, an MSB in Canada with FINTRAC Registration No: M22457458.

VIP Payments Ltd, a Payment Institution in UK, with FCA Registration No: 75050.

Remittance 360 Ltd , an Electronic Money Institution in UK, with FCA Registration No: FRN 901072

Each provider operates under its own legal framework and is solely responsible for its compliance with applicable regulations. VIPTECH does not supervise, oversee, or assume liability for their services. Users must review and accept the terms of their chosen provider before engaging in financial transactions.

Each financial service provider has entered into an agreement with VIPTECH, granting them the right to use and trade under the VIP360 name and domain for the purpose of offering their regulated financial services. This agreement ensures that services provided under the VIP360 brand comply with applicable legal and regulatory standards. VIPTECH does not supervise or oversee the operations of these financial providers. Each provider remains solely responsible for its own legal and regulatory compliance

3. Additional Policies 

In addition to these Terms, your use of the Website is also governed by the following policies, which further outline your rights and responsibilities:

Privacy Policy: Describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data in compliance with data protection laws.

Third Party Terms and Conditions: Each financial service provider accessible through VIP360 has its own terms. You are required to review and accept these separately if you wish to use their services.

4. Amendments to these Terms

ix. To the fullest extent permitted by law, VIPTECH shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising from your use of the Website or any financial service provider you engage with.

x. VIPTECH is not responsible for website downtime, interruptions, or loss of data due to technical issues, hacking, or maintenance.

9. User Respresenations and Warranties 

By accessing and using VIP360, you represent, warrant, and agree that:

i. You are of legal age in your jurisdiction and have the full legal capacity to accept and comply with these Terms.

ii. You will use the Website strictly in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms. You will not use the Website for fraudulent, deceptive, or malicious activities, including attempts to interfere with the Website’s security or integrity.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold VIPTECH, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
