What the work actually is
A team you can actually ask
The team includes former FCA, MAS and MGA regulators, and people who have worked the underwriting side of a bank or processor. If you have ever wanted to ask why a decision went the way it did, the person who made it is down the hall rather than behind a ticketing system.
Clients get a person, not a queue
Every client has a named specialist who stays their contact from first call to go-live and after it. 98.6% of information requests are answered the same day, and when the answer has to be no, they get told plainly and told why. That standard is the job here.
